When is the grand finale?
The Grand Winner is crowned on Teacher's Day, 5 September 2026, with winner stories revealed through 10 September.

What prizes can teachers win?
Prizes include the grand-finale Berlynco Glow Mentor Award (a couple's holiday), a full year of Berlynco skincare, premium hotel and spa vouchers for four runners-up, and weekly anti-ageing hampers. Every student who takes part also receives a free product or store discount voucher.
Who can I nominate?
Any teacher, professor, coach or mentor based in India who has shaped a student's journey. Students, alumni and mentees across India are welcome to nominate.
When do nominations close?
Nominations run through August 2026. The Grand Winner is announced at the Grand Finale on Teacher's Day, 5 September 2026.
How do I vote for a nominated teacher?
Public engagement is 50% of the score. Like, reply to and share the nominee's #GuruKaGlow post and Story on @berlynco_india — every genuine interaction helps your teacher climb the leaderboard.
Is the contest open across all of India?
Yes. #GuruKaGlow is open to students, alumni and mentees anywhere in India and runs entirely online via Instagram.

- Open to Indian residents; one nomination per participant.
- Following @berlynco_india on Instagram is required for a nomination to be valid.
- Final Score = 50% public engagement + 50% jury score; the jury's decision is final.
- All rewards — the Grand Prize, runner-up vouchers, weekly hampers and participant gifts — are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Berlynco reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any that do not meet campaign guidelines.
